I run a one-person shop. On purpose.
I'm Dawa Sherpa. I started this business in 2010 and I'm still the one who shows up, does the work, and answers the phone.
Most of my work comes from referrals. When people trust you enough to send their neighbors and family your way, you don't cut corners. You just don't. I treat every job like it's going into my own house, whether it's a full kitchen renovation or a single bathroom.
Because it's just me, you're never handed off to someone else. The person you talk to during the estimate is the same person you'll see every day on the job. I think that matters, and so do my clients.

Transparency
You'll know what things cost and why before any work starts. If something changes mid-job, I'll tell you right away, not after the fact.
Craftsmanship
I finish every job the way I'd want my own home done. If something's not right, I fix it. That's just how I work.
Reliability
I show up when I say I will. If something changes, you hear it from me first, not three days later through a voicemail.
Respect
Your home is your home, not a job site to be put up with. I clean up every day and protect whatever isn't being touched.
